Justine started her career in retail management, before specialising as a store detective, where she worked in London and in the north of England and was responsible for arresting shoplifters or staff who were stealing, as well as writing police statements and giving evidence in court.
Justine moved into the mortgage industry in 2003, studying for her CeMAP exams whilst on maternity leave with her daughter. After qualifying as a mortgage broker Justine worked for a mutual building society, gaining invaluable experience in the mortgage industry before moving into branch management at Yorkshire Building Society during the 2008 credit crunch.
Justine moved back into mortgage industry in 2015 working as a highly successful mortgage broker for HSBC for over a decade before joining 177 Mortgages in 2026, with her impeccable customer service skills, friendly persona, and wealth of knowledge.
Outside of work Justine loves spending time with her grown up children, six grandchildren, three dogs and puppies. Justine is often found on a dog walk in her picturesque home village, enjoying the outdoors or at home gardening with gin in hand.
