• We can qualify clients at an early stage where required; enabling them to proceed with confidence. Knowing that they have taken appropriate advice with the security that they have spoken to us.
• In addition to regular contact from ourselves, we provide an online portal management system to easily manage all the clients you refer. It also allows you to track the progress of individual mortgages, helping your sales progress so you can easily keep your clients up to date.
• Our telephone advice service is available seven days a week. They are available Monday to Thursday 9 am to 7 pm, Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.
• Advisers can be made available for open days, new homes site launches, property auctions and for other promotional opportunities.
• We can provide you with your own dedicated email address which you and your clients can contact us from.
• We can provide website content including mortgage best buy tables and useful calculators, as well as assistance with training staff on how best to approach the ‘mortgage question’.
• We can provide point-of-sale marketing material to help promote the mortgage services including brochures, posters, window cards and leaflets.
