Charlotte, known as Lottie, began her career in the financial services industry as a Mortgage Case Manager in 2010 at London & Country Mortgages (L&C) in Bath, her home town.
Lottie moved to 177 Mortgages in 2015 where she became a fully qualified CeMAP Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
Driven by her ambition to progress her career, Lottie moved into the Wealth Management industry in 2017 gaining further knowledge of the financial industry and achieved qualifications in Equity Release, R05 protection and R02 investments.
In 2019 Lottie moved back into the mortgage industry as the Client Relationship Manager within a local Mortgage broker taking on the primary responsibility of all mortgage administration duties and business support.
Lottie rejoined 177 Mortgages in 2026 as a Business Support Executive, with her extensive qualifications and experience, she supports our team of expert Mortgage and Protection Advisers as well as the wider business.
Lottie loves fitness, where she has participated in the London Marathon, as well as completing an 80km Ultra Run in 2018. In 2025 was the year she started training for Hyrox, where she completed her first doubles race, 2026 is the year she now aims to complete her first solo Hyrox. In her spare time she enjoys spending time creating memories with her partner and two daughters.
