Crystal began her career in the financial services industry as a Mortgage Case Manager in 2015 at London & Country Mortgages (L&C) in Bath, shortly after graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in Psychology.
Crystal started at 177 Mortgages in 2016 as a Mortgage Case Manager where her excellent organisational skills and high standard of customer service led to her consistently being our top performing case manager; for her application to offer times and home insurance sales. With a positive attitude and driven by her ambition to progress her career, Crystal studied for her CeMAP, whilst working as a Case Manager, becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser in 2018.
Crystal has gained expert knowledge of the mortgage industry, in particular as a New Build Specialist working closely with some of the UK largest developers.
When she is not working, Crystal is usually found in the Gym, training for her latest bodybuilding competition!
