Emma started her career in the Mortgage Industry in 2014, shortly after leaving full time education, working as a Personal Assistant for an independent Mortgage Brokerage. This role provided Emma with a thorough understanding of the mortgage application process, compliance requirements and excellent organisation skills.
In 2017, Emma had a career change spending the next 7 years working as Cabin Crew travelling all over the world with British Airways, whilst perfecting her exceptionally high standard of customer service.
Motivated to move back into the Mortgage Industry, Emma self-funded her Mortgage CeMAP Exams, studying in her spare time and qualifying as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in 2024, shortly before she joined 177 Mortgages. Emma loves advising clients over the phone, whether they are looking to purchase or remortgage and helping them find the best mortgage for their circumstances.
In her spare time Emma is an amateur wine taster, who loves travelling and enjoys spending time with her young family.
